Background Information:
Andi has almost 10 years experience administering and supporting the online learning technologies faculty and students use in their non- and for- credit courses, specifically Centra (LiveOnline) and Blackboard (Online@UT). After a recent move to ITC, she continues to support the LiveOnline/Centra technologies as well as managing the support team for that system.
